North Georgia cabin rentals managed by Overland Trails Log Homes.  There is no better place to get away from it all than in the North Georgia Mountains, and our four log cabins are located minutes from Ellijay, Georgia.  Choose from a restored 100 year old cabin in the woods to a modern log home on the banks of 40 foot wide Mountaintown Creek.  All of our Ellijay cabin rentals are fully furnished and the perfect “home away from home”.  Come get away to Ellijay and the North Georgia Mountains.  If you want peace, quiet and tranquility then our log cabins are just for you.  For those who crave a little more activity, there’s plenty to do.  While staying in one of our rental cabins in North Georgia explore downtown Ellijay with its wonderful restaurants and shops.  Visit Amicalola Falls or take a hike on one of the many trails in Gilmer County.  In the summer take a canoe down the Cartecay River – and in the evening visit one of the country’s last Drive In Theaters in Blue Ridge.  Gilmer County has been designated as the Apple Capital of Georgia so you’ll want to visit the apple houses in the fall.  Ellijay and Gilmer County also host the Georgia Apple Festival in October of each year.  In the winter, while staying in our cozy North Georgia log cabin you’ll enjoy the fire and maybe even watch the snow fall!  Our log rental cabins in the North Georgia Mountains are great any time of year.  For our guests who don't want to leave "Fido" at home, pets are welcome!
